What struck me about the way Ross works is that at no time were we giving too much credence to the characters as functional pieces within a show; they were people with histories and emotions before they were comic constructions. I cannot wait to work with him again.

Echoes

I first met Ross as a fellow actor. I saw him in a show which he completely stole through his outrageously comedic performance. I then was cast with him on a number of occasions and was upstaged time and time again by his comedic talent. Luckily for me he turned his hand to directing. I remember watching his production Much Ado late 2015 and thinking it was the best Shakespeare I’d ever seen. So I was a solid yes to being directed by him in a modern adaptation of three sisters and then again in an immersive modern vision of Hamlet which was developed and produced in Milan. Ross is an intuitive, sensitive, renegade director. His vision deserves to be seen.
