Provided overall artistic leadership and strategic management for a charity committed to inclusion, access and innovation,
Lead the organisation through a major period of growth, transitioning to community-led venue management and expanding regional touring activity.
Developed and delivered long‐term organisational strategy, securing a further 15‐year lease for Stade Hall after only 18 months of operation.
Worked in close collaboration with the Chair and Board of Trustees to ensure strong governance, effective policies, and regulatory compliance.
Held day‐to‐day oversight of organisational finances, including budgeting, forecasting, venue hire income, ticket sales, invoicing and accounting processes.
Achieved significant fundraising success, securing £300K in Arts Council England Project Grants, focusing on long-term relationship building and strategic responses to ACE feedback.
Led fundraising plans that generated £25K from trusts and foundations in 2024/25, accounting for 20% of the charity’s turnover.

Founded and led Living Record Productions, shaping the company’s artistic vision, strategic direction and national profile across 11 years. 
Served as Company Director of the limited company, responsible for governance, legal compliance, financial oversight and operational management. 
Established the company as a leader in digital innovation and immersive theatre practice, pioneering approaches to binaural sound, wireless technology and hybrid live/streamed performance. 
Developed and directed projects rooted in local stories and community experience, combining high‑quality artistic practice with meaningful engagement, including the creation of Thrown by Jodi Gray — an award‑winning immersive production that drew audiences through its use of binaural sound, wireless headphones and integrated digital design. Thrown won the Brighton Fringe Award for Excellence at Edinburgh Fringe (2018) and transferred to Brighton Fringe 2019. Curated and produced the Living Record Festival 2021 and established a Digital Brighton Fringe venue, expanding the festival’s digital capacity and artist reach. Developed pathways for artists to present new work within digital and in‑person festival contexts, contributing to Brighton Fringe’s innovation and development ecosystem. 
Successfully positioned the company’s work in the national arts conversation, securing press and media coverage including The Financial Times, The Guardian and The Stage. Raised over £120K in grant funding, securing resources for productions, digital innovation and participatory projects.
